MS IN PHARMACOGNOSY IN CANADA (Discussion)

Hi shravanthi!! There are about 10 universities in CANADA which offers MS in pharmacy related subjects. But for pharmacognosy they are verry few in number. It’s my personal advice to all people who are interested in Pharmacognosy to give preference to India than other country. Because in India there is a verry big field for traditional drugs. And there are number of widely growing herbal industry in India. Even though there are number of foreign student coming to India to take knowledge regarding Aayurvda. If you have burning desire to go abroad them select other subjects which will give you better scope for progress.

    General requirement to take admission in MS in canada is 1)Good score in GRE. 2)Good score in TOEFL. 3)B.Pharm degree certificate.
    You have to select first of all the universities which will offering your desire course. Then you have to pass through the Evaluation Process. Generally evaluation are to be done either through WES or ESL.
    Then if you get “i20” from universities,then apply for student visa. Generally student visa for canada will be given from file study only. There is no necessary to pass through counselling like USA except some special cases.
